Caroline Turner graduated with a BFA in Acting from Baldwin Wallace University. She also studied at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts, receiving a certificate in Classical Acting (and tons of memories from exploring the London arts scene)!

Since graduation, Caroline has had the privilege to work on a plethora of projects, some of which have taken her all across the country! Her recent credits include musical theatre, theatre for young audiences, new contemporary works, and more. Most recently, she originated the role of Violet in a new adaptation of It’s a Wonderful Life at the Candlelight Theatre in Arden, Delaware, and even received the award for Favorite Supporting Actress in a Play for her work as Violet at the ‘Barny Awards’, an end-of-season awards ceremony voted on by season passholders of the theatre. Up next, she’ll be headed to North Dakota to become ‘one of the guys’ as Natalie/Ed in All Shook Up, and gamble a little too close to the sun as Sister Mary Downey in Disaster! with Minot State Summer Theatre.

Caroline is a lover of all types of theatre- some of her favorites being Shakespeare (her parents have always described her as a 'Shakespeare nerd'), musical theatre, and new contemporary works. She is a skilled singer and has experience playing piano, guitar, and ukulele. As a child, Caroline loved dressing up in ballgowns and parading around the house singing songs from her favorite princess movies, skills that she now puts to good use in her side hustle performing as princesses (and the occasional superhero) for kid's birthday parties and events. Caroline firmly believes that theatre is a powerful tool for change, and is especially excited by projects that inspire joy and encourage empathy.

When Caroline is not creating, you can find her cuddling her sweet kitty, Zelda, exploring fantasy worlds either online in a video game (ask her about her Baldur’s Gate III playthroughs) or with friends in a tabletop campaign, or searching for new books and plays to expand her small library.
